My mission is to help my clients achieve their goals by providing the legal framework necessary to protect their best interests.

I assist people in organizing business entities, and provide legal counsel to small business owners, incorporators and directors of non-profit organizations. I help clients plan for the protection of their estate during their lives and upon their deaths. I advise buyers, sellers, and owners of real property in a variety of issues. I also handle civil litigation and other forms of dispute resolution for clients in my areas of practice.

Many clients come to me with their personal and professional goals. We work together on a solid plan for achieving those goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.

For those clients that have disputes with third parties, my goal is to craft a thoughtful, intelligent course of action - with as few surprises as possible! I also make sure my clients understand that course of action - and its consequences - every step of the way.

My elder law practice consists of assisting clients through the issues of aging, including planning for incapacity, nursing home issues, guardianships, conservator hips, and finally, the probate process after death.
